What are the vacation benefits with IHG?

Employees earn vacation hours each pay period based on hours worked and the amount of vacation that can be earned increases with length of service. The chart below shows how much vacation time is earned per year. Number of Years Maximum Annual Vacation Eligibility 1-4 Years (1 – 48 months) = 80 Vacation Hours 5-9 Years (49 – 108 months) = 120 Vacation Hours 10 +(109 – 180 months) = 160 Vacation Hours 16 + (181 or more months) = 200 Vacation Hours It is important to note that since IHG will give you seniority based on your length of service with Army Lodging, you may be earning vacation at the higher rates.
