What are the usual rules for contracts, deposits and guarantees?
Usually a rental contract with a detailed description of the property, should be signed. Deposits are usually sent to the owner once you have received the signed contract. Deposits should not be greater than 25 % of the total price, but this is a general guideline. Some owners suggest different procedures.
