Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Cape Verde, Chad, Comoros, Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau*, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sao tome and Principe, Seychelles, Somalia, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Sudan*, Swaziland, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, and Zambia. * These countries are in a special status category for USAID support.
