What are the UPS Delivery and Pick-up times?

AURA has arranged with UPS to have their package delivery time to be in the morning, normally by 11:30AM on working days. Official packages received from UPS will be delivered to the individual as soon as the package is checked in, normally sometime after noon on the day of receipt. Employees will be notified by phone or e-mail if a Personal package is received and they will be expected to pick-up the package as soon as possible after notification. UPS will pick-up packages at around 9:00AM on working days. Packages to be shipped by UPS must be at Shipping and Receiving before 8:30 AM or the package may be sent the following working day.
