PCCW PCCW offers different plans for commercial ADSL broadband. Maximum uploading data speeds is 800kbps, while downloading data speed can be up to 1.5Mbps. Asymmetric with upstream transmission rate at 640kbps/800kbps Symmetric with upstream and downstream at same transmission rate BT BT offers up to 20Mb download and up to 1Mb upload speed.
