As an existing BlackBerry® Professional customer you have the BlackBerry® Internet Service (BIS) 1.8 version. With this upgrade to BIS 2.0, you will have the option to upgrade accordingly. This upgrade is self- initiated, i.e. when you log into your BIS email account via the HTML or WML interface, you will be presented with a screen prompting you to migrate to BIS 2.0. Please choose either Yes or No. You can choose to upgrade to BIS 2.0 at your convenience. Once you have upgraded, you will no longer be prompted with that screen.
