What are the upfront charges?
Upon receipt of your application, we need to check your credit with the three credit bureaus. The credit report is good for a period of 3 months. At the time of this writing the cost is $18.54. We will ask you to issue a check directly to the credit company for this amount. Once the appraisal is ordered, you will also be responsible for the appraisal fee. You may issue a check to the appraiser directly.
