WHAT ARE THE TYPICAL PRE-PAYMENT PENALTY TERMS?
A pre-payment penalty is a provision often found in Hard Equity notes. The provision provides that if or when a borrower pays off his loan before the date of maturity, he must pay a penalty. This penalty insures the lender an adequate yield on their money. However Leverage Financial does not have a pre-payment penalty due the vast investment opportunities in the current market we choose to enable investors to move in and out of investments with greater ease than our competitors.
