What are the typical or prominent parameters PD that you would choose to have a conclation for?
A specific response is difficult for this question and therefore I will give a general response. The idea is to collect PD parameter or parameters that tell us about safety and efficacy of our drug. Since there is paucity of validated PD parameters/markers that link to clinical end-points, we tend to collect as much PD information as possible (or affordable). Important thing is to collect PD data that are relevant to our primary objectives and collect as much additional PD data as possible within the constrains of the study budget as we can not go back once the study is completed. These additional data can then be analyzed retrospectively for gaining further scientific understanding about the drug being developed.
