A. We now have two types of meetings available to you: A “Regional” or a “Local Church Conference.” The Regionals are held on a Monday and a Tuesday night from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a training session on Wednesday morning from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon with the pastors and staff. Regionals are held at a centrally located church and other surrounding churches are invited. The Local Church Conference is held on Saturday and Sunday. Starting time on Saturday is normally 9:00 a.m. with a lunch break at 12:00 noon. After lunch we finish up around 5:00 p.m. On Sunday we continue the conference in the Sunday school hour. I recommend we have a joint Sunday school hour with junior age and up. I close the conference in the preaching service with a sermon on the cross. Q. You mentioned a “Regional” meeting.
