We support TWAIN scanners. The TWAIN standard includes around thirty commands and regrettably, certain TWAIN scanner supports only a few. It is thus possible to have a TWAIN scanner that does not work with Com4IP because we use several advanced commands to simplify its use. You can use the Com4IP Scanner Diagnostic. This diagnostic, that you will find in Windows / Programs / RDC Technologies / Scanner Diagnostic menu, will test all commands used by Com4IP.
