Fluid stations are set up throughout the length of the course. Water will be supplied for the Ottawa10K at the 4K, 7.5K, & 9K marks. Ottawa 5K has one water station at the 4K mark. For the Ottawa Marathon and Half water stations are set up approx at 3.5K. Additionally, energy gels will be available for the marathon at 17K and 32K and for the Half Marathon will be available at 9K.
