• General requests will be resolved within 48 hours, providing all necessary information has been supplied. • Medically Urgent* cases (not life threatening and can wait up to 3 hours) are resolved as soon as possible but no longer than 3 hours. • Emergent cases should proceed to the nearest Emergency Room, pre-certification is not required. Please note: Medically Urgent cases should be called into CCN at 1-866-496-6200.
