Any development assessment receipted/acknowledged by the consent authority prior to the gazettal date (1/3/2007) of PBP 2006 will be assessed under PBP 2001. Any development assessment receipted/acknowledged by the consent authority on or after the gazettal date (1/3/2007) will be assessed under PBP 2006.
