What are the Transfer Windows and when are they open?
Prior to 23:59 BST on Wednesday 13 August 2008, entrants will be able to make unlimited ‘pre-scoring’ transfers through the website. Pre-scoring transfers will be free of charge. Pre-scoring transfers will not be available over the telephone line. There are TWO Transfer Windows in Dream Team – one in October and one in January. The first Transfer Window will run from 09:00:00 BST on Tuesday 7 October 2008 to 12:00:00 BST on Saturday 18 October 2008, with transfers taking effect from Eligible Games played on Saturday 18 October 2008. The second Transfer Window will run from 09:00:00 GMT on Thursday 29 January 2009 to 12:15:00 GMT Saturday 7 February 2009, with transfers taking effect from Eligible Games played on Saturday 7 February 2009. During each Transfer Window you can make up to three transfers to each team. The number of players being transferred in must equal those being transferred out. The fictional value of each team must not exceed £50 million.

Pre-scoring transfers will not be available over the telephone line. During the Season, there will be three transfer windows. The first Transfer Window will run from 09:00:00 BST on Tuesday 6 October 2009 to 17:00:00 BST on Monday 19 October 2009, with transfers taking effect from Eligible Matches played after 17:00 :01 on Monday 19 October 2009. The second Transfer Window will run from 09:00:00 GMT on Thursday 28 January 2010 to 17:00:00 GMT Monday 8 February 2010, with transfers taking effect from Eligible Matches played after 17:00:01 on Monday 8 February.
