With a few exceptions, every job at DOTD has a Structured Training Program (STP). These STPs are required by PPM 59, Workforce Development. In some cases, the courses in the STP are designed to help the employee achieve specialized skills or certifications for their current position. Other courses in the STP are required if the employee wants to be considered for promotion to higher positions. All training is job-related.
