What are the trails like in Nepal?
Nepal offers a great selection of on and off road biking. On road biking in the city can be hazardous due to heavy traffic and unpleasant from pollution. Out side the ring road there are some great long paved climbs with rugged down hill that covers unused jeep tracks which at times can be like steep rocky river beds thanks to the monsoon rains and single trails which wind through the jungles and forests. There are also a number of narrow trails through farming villages and rice paddies. If you choose you can also take to the mountains and make use of some of the trekking trails to provide you with a real technical biking challenge.
