• Trading must cease at midnight on Good Friday eve (or 3am for holders of cabaret licences) Trading may only take place during normal trading hours* in association with a meal and in an area ordinarily set aside for dining Sale of take-away liquor is prohibited Machine gaming is not permitted * Liquor may only be served one hour before, during and one hour after the meal. ANZAC Day Trading Hours • Trading must crease at midnight (with a half hour grace period for consumption of liquor) with the exception of On-Premises (Cabaret) licences which may trade until 3am only (with a further half hour grace period for consumption of liquor). • Liquor may only be sold or supplied before 1pm on ANZAC Day in conjunction with a meal in a part of the premises that is ordinarily set aside for dining. 5AM TRADING ON ANZAC DAY FOR RSL & SERVICE CLUBS: • RSL Clubs and all licensed premises catering for RSL services or functions on ANZAC Day are entitled to commence trading from 5am on ANZAC Day. • Any
