John Graden: The mistakes school owners make coincide with their current stage of learning. For unconscious incompetence they are not being open minded or receptive to new possibilities. For the second stage, conscious incompetence, being susceptible to the latest fad – school owners should never lose site of why they started. Going back to Cardio.
