What are the tools that are standard in all of the conference rooms at Porter Drive?
Each of the conference rooms will have a phone, white board and moveable furniture. Two of the conference rooms, Diamond and Pearl in the San Francisquito Creek building, will have our highest end of communication tools – a Webex video conferencing system with a dedicated wall mounted computer, ceiling speakers, a projection screen, an overhead projector, and a wall mounted control panel. The four remaining conference rooms in San Francisquito Creek and one in Los Trancos Creek will have the infrastructure for a potential future Webex video conferencing system and a dedicated wall mounted computer. These conference rooms also include ceiling speakers, an overhead projector, projection screen and a wall mounted control panel. Three other conference rooms at Porter Drive will have all of the same wall mounted elements listed above; although, they will not have the future infrastructure for Webex video.
