Graduate applicants, regardless of citizenship, whose preparatory education was principally in a language other than English, must demonstrate competence in English. They must receive a minimum of 550 on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) if the test is paper-based, or 213 or higher if it is computer-based.
