What are the timeframes for completing the SAWB?
Organisations will negotiate this date through the completion of the Licensing Implementation Plan, developed in consultation with the Community Support Team. For services that are grant funded, the Funding is contingent upon obtaining a licence under the Child Protection Act 1999 within a reasonable period. The reasonable period will be as negotiated between the service and the Regional Community Support Team in the Licensing Implementation Plan (LIP).
