Ans: A building permit for a project approved by site plan approval shall be filed with the Township Building Inspector within two (2) year from the date of approval of the site plan and completed within two (2) years from the date that the building permit was filed with the Building Inspector. The Planning Commission may grant approval for more than two (2) years in the case of large or multi-phased development, but nor more than five (5) years. The Zoning Administrator may grant one (1) extension for an additional one (1) year if the applicant can demonstrate that suitable, continual progress has been made on the project.
