What are the time frames for assessing an application?
As the Board of Directors meet bi-monthly, applications may take some time to be processed. All applications received one week prior to a board meeting will be submitted to the Board for consideration. Any applications received in the week leading up to a Board meeting will be held over until the following bi-monthly meeting. Receipt of applications will be acknowledged via mail or email. All applications are assessed on their individual merits, fit with Crows Foundation goals and objectives and available funds. The Board of Directors may request a representative from the organisation to present the application to them at the Board meeting. Following a meeting, the applying organisation will be advised of an outcome by mail, email or phone with one week of the Board meeting.
