What are the time commitments of a pledge?

0

We expect a large but very manageable time commitment from pledges. Pledges have meetings once every two weeks, attend mandatory fraternity events that happen once every week or so, and must conduct interviews with brothers and sisters of the fraternity. This averages out to about 6 hours a week. Current members will tell you it does not even feel like a big commitment during the process since every experience is new, fun, and rewarding. We also are human and understand that things come up and people want to be a part of other organizations, so we allow few absences and are understanding when other circumstances arise if a pledge shows they are being as dedicated as they possibly can be.
