Each model is different in terms of time and cost. As one might expect, comprehensive planning requires the most time and is the most expensive of the 3 models. Using comprehensive planning as the benchmark (i.e., equal to the factor of one), it is possible to make approximate time and cost comparisons between the 3 models.
