They are called compression shorts. The best companies that make it are Nike and Under armor. I suggest getting Nike ones because they are more comfortable. If you are a guy then you should wear underwear underneath them because it could cause chafing and wearing underwear will help prevent it. If you are a girl then you should not wear anything underneath them because the underwear will get in the way.
