Relevant CAC Act bodies are required to comply with the CPGs and to report on AusTender, all contracts and standing offers entered into over the value of $400,000, apart from construction services where the threshold is $9 million. CAC Act bodies may report contracts below these thresholds in order to improve transparency and accountability.
