What are the three best things about working at Michigan State University?
I was an instructional designer, working with a team of artists and programmers to provide online training. Unfortunately, this company no longer exists. 🙁 It perished in the dot.com bust. It was bought by several companies–Provant, and then Novations–but eventually dwindled down to no more employees. Very sad. I had a great crew of coworkers. Here’s what I did there: –Work with clients in the design, development, and delivery of custom solutions tailored to instructional and business requirements. –Determine that course content is consistent with good instructional design and adult learning theory. –Design CBT course content with development teams, including text, audio, graphics, interactivity, and testing exercises. –Support completion of course on schedule to company and vendor standards….
