The great thing about working with Blue Shield is there is constant Transformation! The second things that’s great is, working for Blue Shield is like working for a very established company, however, the Legacy Modernization Initiatiative has several key elements of being more like a start-up environment. The third thing is that Blue Shield cares about people. One of our major strategic initiatives for 2007 is to reduce the cost of health-care for Californians. Some company’s say it, Blue Shield is putting the infrastructure in place and modernizing out technology and core business processes across all the business units in order to support this very important initiative..
