What are the three best things about working at Association of American Medical Colleges?
1) Great people. It is fun to work in an organization filled with very smart, driven people. 2) Great employee benefits. I think our benefits are better than many companies out there (for instance, no employee premiums for medical and dental coverage–the Association covers 100% of the cost!). 3) It’s a mission-driven organization. I have worked extensively in the for-profit arena and have generally enjoyed it, but I would say that on balance I’ve enjoyed my time at nonprofits more, for a variety of reasons….
