The FOXTEL TV Guide Application (the “Application”) is owned and operated by FOXTEL Management Pty Limited (“FOXTEL”) (ABN 65 068 671 938). Your use of the Application is subject to the Terms of Use set out below and where relevant, the FOXTEL Residential Subscription Agreement. Your use of the Application indicates your acceptance of these Terms of Use. Words that are capitalised have the meaning given to them in the FOXTEL Residential Subscription Agreement, unless otherwise defined in these Terms of Use. More information about how to install the Application is available here. In order to use the remote record function on the Application you must be subscribed to the FOXTEL iQ Service or FOXTEL iQHD Service and registered for an Online Account. You must also ensure that your Online Account is linked to your FOXTEL Subscription Television Service Account.
