What are the terms of usage of the glass discussion rooms?
Everyone is free to use the glass rooms for discussions or group studying. However, do remember to be considerate to other library users : • Do not ‘book’ discussion rooms by leaving your personal belongings in the rooms if you will be away for more than 15 minutes. If your personal belongings are left in the room for more than 15 minutes and there is no one occupying the room, the librarian on duty or the next group of students is allowed to remove your belongings and use the room. • If you are studying alone, do refrain from occupying a whole discussion room by yourself. • Do not talk too loudly in the glass rooms as they are not sound proof.
