By authorizing a purchase and downloading or receiving a product from See No Sun Distribution, the Credit Card Account Holder, and the Purchaser (if different), hereby refered to as the Licensee, agree to abide by the following terms of this Personal Use License for any product license purchased by Licensee from See No Sun Distribution. The Licensee shall be responsible for the care and protection of said licensed product upon delivery of the same, including, but not limited to, any and all misappropriation and misuse by any unauthorized third party. The Licensee agrees that all product licenses purchased from See No Sun Distribution are for the personal use of the licensee only and will not be duplicated, reproduced, resold, given, or shared, over the internet, or in any other manner, or used for any means other than for the personal use of the Licensee as specified in the USAGE RULES specified below and in ITEM 9 of See No Sun Distribution’s TERMS OF SERVICE .
