What are the terms of the FlexTek Limited Warranty?
XcelPlus International, Inc. warrants the FlexTek to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years as measured from the date of purchase. XcelPlus International, Inc. shall, in its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective components returned to XcelPlus International, Inc. or to any authorized reseller/installer during the warranty period. All warranty returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Any damage due to misuse, tampering, improper installation, accident, exposure to weather, chemicals or corrosives, or any service by a non-authorized party, completely and irrevocably voids this warranty.
