What are the terms of Tappan Zee Manor leases?
You will sign a Resident Agreement which establishes the monthly rate, and outlines the understanding between you and Tappan Zee Manor. This is a month-to-month Agreement. We do require a 30 days notice prior to terminating the lease. If there is a specific change in your health requiring a move to a higher level of care, the Agreement terminates as soon as the apartment is vacated.
