What are the terms of sale and returns?
All sales are final and contractually binding. Please make sure of your purchase. There are no returns for refunds – defective merchandise will be exchanged or repaired at the seller’s prerogative. Should you find a manufacturing defect in your product within 7 days when product was received, simply contact us with an exact description of the problem; We will send you a return label so you can drop off the defective item at any UPS store for the return and we will ship you a brand new replacement product or upgrade (at our/seller’s discretion). Should you have a defect in your product after 7 days from the date it was received and within a year after purchase , simply contact us with an exact description of the problem; you will be provided with instructions for you to send back the product at your expense, and will have the product serviced then returned to you.
