What are the terms of payment Buyers should expect from NGOC DONG HANDICRAFTS ?
For orders less than twenty (20) thousand dollars, USD, a required remittance fee of 30% of the total value of the shipment, must be submitted prior to initializing all order(s) Prior to finalizing each order, notification would be made to each buyer of balance due, prior to each shipment. This is normally accomplished seven (7) days after the shipping date. For orders in excess of twenty (20) thousand dollars, USD, a Letter of Credit must be initiated by the issuing bank to our receiving bank.
