What are the terms of Kongregates sponsorships, specifically?
Kongregate offers some of the most developer-friendly sponsorship terms on the web. In addition to allowing Mochi Ads, Kongregate allows its sponsored games to sell site-locked licensed versions on other websites, in which the Kongregate branding is removed. Kongregate-sponsored games also receive 15% additional ad revenue from Kongregate. You can read our full sponsorship terms here. I submitted my game to be sponsored, but I never got a reply!
