What are the terms of delivery at Staples?
Orders received by us before 6pm are delivered the next working day between the hours of 8am to 6pm. There are no deliveries at weekends or on public holidays. Delivery to the UK mainland is free of charge on all orders of £30 (ex VAT) and above. Orders between £5 and £29.99 (ex VAT) will incur a small charge of £2.90 and for orders of £4.99 (ex VAT) or below a £3.95 delivery charge will be applied. Delivery is free of charge on orders of £120 (ex VAT) and above from Northern Ireland and offshore islands. Orders below this value will incur a delivery charge of £15. All orders from the Channel Islands will incur a delivery charge of £48. Additional delivery charges may apply to certain areas or depending on the size of your order. If this is the case, you will be advised at the time of order.
