What are the terms of an extended warranty purchased for products previously shipped?
An extended warranty can be purchased to extend the standard limited warranty by one, two or three years to provide warranty coverage for up to five years from the date that the product was shipped by Kaleidescape. An extended warranty can be purchased only if the product is currently under warranty. The terms of the extended warranty coverage from Kaleidescape are the same as those provided under the standard limited warranty. No extended warranty is available for the Bulk Loader.
