What are the terms drayage and material handling?

These two terms can be used interchangeably and refer to the delivery of your shipment from point of arrival (loading dock) to your exhibit space. Exhibitors may unload their own vehicles, provided that they use their own company employees and their own hand operated equipment to move exhibit material to their booths. GES must handle any freight materials delivered for the RoboBusiness Show that requires the use of a forklift, motorized pallett jack or any type of motorized equipment to be moved. No electric pallet jacks or other mechanical equipment are allowed on the show floor. All materials arriving by hired carrier must be unloaded by GES Exposition Services.
