Exchanges are allowed based on the strict premise that the apparel or shoes do not fit properly. We do not accept any exchange of an item that has been worn, altered, stained, damaged or washed. The item must be returned in its original condition and with all tags and labels intact. You may exchange for items of equal value and from the same store/designer only.
