What are the Terms and Conditions relating to Live Event Prize Packages?
By participating in an online Live Event Qualifier tournament or promotion that issues a Live Event Prize Package (LEPP) you agree to the following: 1. The details registered on your PokerRoom account are true. Your registered details can and will be verified if a PokerRoom.com representative requests you to do so. 2. In the event of winning a LEPP: i. You must meet all terms and conditions, including age restrictions, relating to and issued by both the Live Event organisers and PokerRoom.com. ii. You have the necessary time available and the necessary travel documentation to attend the Live Event. iii. You are able to independently travel to the Live Event. iv. If you fail to satisfy at least one of conditions i-iii above you may be offered access to a substitution event of equal or lesser value instead of forfeiting the LEPP. The decision to offer a substitution tournament is at the sole discretion of PokerRoom.com. v. You agree to sign a binding contractual agreement with PokerRoom.
