Make sure you read the terms and conditions carefully before applying for a rebate. The Department of Environment, Climate Change and Water NSW reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time, to change any or all of the terms and conditions of the rebate program or to cancel the rebate program prior to 30 June 2011. The general terms and conditions for the rebates are the same wherever you live, although each water utility has its own requirements which must be met. Sydney Water, Hunter Water and Gosford and Wyong Councils customers are subject to different Terms and Conditions and should apply using the relevant application form.
