What are the terms and conditions of sale for tickets?
All sales are final. There are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges. Dialog in the Dark is a timed exhibition allowing for approximately 60 minutes in the exhibit. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to reservation to pick up your tickets and queue up for the exhibit. Visitors who arrive late and are unable to make their scheduled ticketed time, if space permits, will be placed in other time slots. However, if none are available for the same day, visitors may have to return another day or forfeit their ticket entirely. Other information: Tickets will not be mailed but will be available on the day of your visit for pick-up at WILL CALL located in Ticketing. Outside food and beverage and chewing gum are not allowed, but as part of the experience beverages can be purchased within the exhibit with cash only.
