• BSE shall provide Datafeed to Distributors and Redistributors only on compliance of basic conditions, viz. • Distributor/redistributor agrees to the Terms and Conditions of the BSE Datafeed Contract and, • Has paid the requisite charges for availing the datafeed. • Only Distributors and redistributors are authorized to sell BSE data. Subscribers of distributors and redistributors are not allowed to distribute data in any form whatsoever. • Only Live-Data distributors can distribute live, 1-minute snapshot, 5 minute delayed and End of Day data. • Delayed data vendors can distribute only the category of data subscribed to. • For subscribers of live data, 15 minutes delayed data is considered to be in the public domain and can be disseminated free of charge and agreement by the live datafeed vendors. However BSE should be kept informed of all the modes of displaying the data. • Any unauthorized sale/ distribution of BSE data is liable for prosecution. • Any vendor found violating the ag
