What are the terms and conditions for pickup ordered item(s) from 24hoursLoots Pune warehouse?
You must carry a print out of your invoice (available at http://www.24hoursloot.com/order-status ) when you come to pickup. We will verify your authenticity by calling your mobile phone number at the time of pickup. If somebody else is coming to pickup, then please let us know about it by sending an email to us ( at support@24hoursLoot.com ) in advance and mention your order number, pickup person name and his/her mobile phone number. And we will hand over the item after verifying the authenticity. You must pick up your item within 15 calendar days from the day you get an email saying your item is ready for pickup. If you don’t pick up your item(s) after 15 days from the notification day, then you will be charged Rs. 5 per day as rental charge. And after 30 days from the notification day, we reserve the right to not to hand over your item and not to return your money as well.
