What are the technological requirements for using the services?
1.) High speed internet connection. 2.) Microphone and headphones/earbuds or a headset combo (not applicable for video courses). 3.) Flash Player / Java installed Note: Flash Player and Java are free and both are probably already installed on your computer. If you sign up for a class or video-plus course, you will also need to have occasional access to a scanner.
