Caucho offers support options to meet the needs of your deployment. Technical support is handled by Caucho engineers and not outsourced. When you contact us for a support issue, you receive a fast response directly from our engineers who write the code. Any developer, systems administrator or staff member within your company will be able to use your Caucho support contract – there is no need for one point of contact. This leads to a rapid response time and highly efficient support experience. Support can be used for development, testing and production/deployment. • Personal Support: For Quercus Personal edition.
